How should I select my tutor? Do they have all the same qualifications?
All of our tutors are highly qualified, native Turkish speakers and they all know a second language mostly English. Although our tutors try to speak only Turkish during the sessions sometimes explanations in students' primary language might be used. That's why if you only speak a language other than English let us know what is your preferred language.Where are the tutors located?
Our tutors are located in US and Turkey.Are all of the teachers native Turkish speakers?
Yes, all of our instructors are native Turkish speakers, mostly with a second and even third languages. Although our instructors can speak other languages you will be forced to speak Turkish from the very first lesson.Do you offer lessons that are specific to certain specialties such as technology, business, literature etc.?
We actually do not currently offer structured Lessons in such specific areas, however, one of the benefits of working with a private tutor is that the lessons can be customized to the needs of the student. If there is a Particular area of interest that you would like to focus on, please let your tutor know about it. All of our tutors have at least a college degree in different areas. So it is quite possible to find someone who is very knowledgeable in a certain area.What is your time zone?
We have tutors in different time zones. That's why please ask your tutor about the time difference before scheduling your lessons and verify the time of your lesson with your tutor in advanced.How can I convert my tutor's Time to my time zone so that I can properly schedule a class?
There are many web pages to help you with converting time one of them isMy class will start soon and I forgot what I'm supposed to do. What should I do now?
Prior to the start of your class, you must have a skype account and you need to e-mail your skype user name to your tutor. If you are unfamiliar with skype, it is recommended that you log on 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class. If possible, we recommend That you verify the start time at least 24 hours before the schedule class time.What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours are not refundable. No make-up class will be offered. To cancel or reschedule a class more than 24 hours in advance simply contact us.What if some technical problems occur during my lesson?
Please e-mail us immediately at info@turkishcampus.com We want to make sure that you have the best learning experience as possible and will do our best to solve the problem. If we are not able to do so, we provide a refund for that lesson.What is your refund policy?
To enroll in our programs you don't need to pay whole program fee in advance. You need to pay the lesson fee before each lesson you requested. This gives the students the flexibility of being able to drop out the classes any time they want without any financial loss.Search Turkish Campus
